Hello, happy Holiday Readers!
I’ve got a great selection of Holiday Romance novels for you this week.
Along with meeting the Holiday Romance trope, or theme, each book will also list the other tropes it fits.
That way you’ll know what you’re getting—books specific to your reading taste. I’m sure you’ll find several to add to your “to be read” list.
Readers, if there’s a specific theme you’d like to see featured, leave a comment on this post, or on any of the Romancing the Weekend Thursday posts.
Authors, if you’d llike to submit a book to be featured on Romancing the Weekend, just use the blog’s Contact Page. I acknowledge every email I receive.
Now, on with the show!

This Holiday Romance is also a Second Chance Romance.
Last Christmas, Santa made a wish…
Last Christmas Roz Henry lost her boyfriend and her job. With her beloved grandfather sick, she went home to the small New England town of Dickens. She’d found what she didn’t know she was looking for: a second chance with the boy she’d left behind all those years ago, Cooper Brown.
This Christmas, Santa’s wish is fulfilled… A year has passed but Roz still hasn’t started planning the wedding, and Cooper’s starting to worry. Roz is, too. Is it just cold feet? Worry she’s not living up to her potential?

This Holiday Romance also has an Instalove trope and is on sale through December 15, 2022, for only 99¢.
Dylan Fisher is an EMT and part-time Santa Claus at a mall in Denver, Colorado.
He has logged plenty of time with children sitting on his lap asking for anything from the latest electronic gadget to a week’s worth of homework passes, but he never heard anyone ask for what little Delaney Kelly asked for on one snowy night in December. A dad! When Dylan’s eyes search the crowd for Delaney’s mother and land on Keira Kelly, the paramedic almost finds himself in need of a little CPR. She is stunning.
Keira Kelly is still grieving over the loss of her husband. A reckless driver has her thinking about nothing but survival as she’s headed home from the mall. When Keira wakes in the hospital to find a hunky EMT at her bedside, she begins having a few thoughts that would put her on Santa’s Naughty List for sure.
Neither is ready for what is coming UPON A MIDNIGHT CLEAR.
When she finds out the EMT is only hanging around because the police believe someone is out to get her, she’s not sure what to think about his kindness. Is he helping her because he wants to, or because he feels he needs to? And what about the man who rammed her car, could he have had something to do with her husband’s death?
This Holiday Romance also fits these tropes: Opposites Attract and Sunny vs. Grumpy.
Can a humbug and a holiday lover come together when wedding and Christmas bells ring?
Elizabeth McKenzie doesn’t hate Christmas. As the new mayor of Dickens, the quaint New England town famous for its holiday cheer, she has no time to enjoy it. And while she understands small-town politics, what she doesn’t get is people sugar coating problems during the hectic season.
Trekking around the globe to help animals and people is all Army veterinarian Daniel Murray knows. He’s not a fan of settling down, but there’s something wonderful about a place that embraces his favorite holiday. What’s even more appealing is Dickens’ feisty young mayor. Seems she has a knack for finding trouble. Dare he get involved with the beautiful humbug? Or should he avoid her like a stocking full of coal? It’s decision time for the self-proclaimed bachelor for life. Stay in the military, or open a vet practice right there in Christmas town?
Holly Ivey needs a change. After being frozen out of her career like she was in Antarctica. She sacrificed everything for the big office in the city. At a loss of what to do next her father suggests she run her grandmother’s yarn in Dickens. But she doesn’t know a knitting needle from a crochet hook. How is she going to run Krissy’s Knittery?
Gabriel Reyes is the Director of the Dickens Community Center and loves working with kids and the families in town, it makes him happy, even if there is a hold in his life just waiting for that special person. Every year he runs a toy drive but this year more families need help, will the town’s Secret Santa step in to help and just who is the benefactor?
Hopefully the spirit of Christmas will melt her icy heart before she up and leaves Dickens and Gabe, permanently.
This Holiday Romance also fits these tropes: Second Chance Romance, First Love, Destined to be Together, Secrets and Misunderstandings. This Romance Short Story is free at most ebook sellers.
“I told you to never call me at home.”
Can nine little words destroy their love?
They knew from the moment they met in high school that they were meant to be together. Love has seen them through ten years of marriage, struggling to pay for college and living expenses. Finally, their hard work and sacrifice have paid off.
